Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Specifically, I'm trying to find out how deep the sewage pipe is, and also the easement. What I know so far from the image is the easement is in my property, and I believe it's about 1 meter wide judging from raw measurements but I could be wrong. I believe it's a 1:100 scale. So far, I have placed / planted all of my fruit trees to the left side of the property to avoid any pipe disturbances. But, the reason for this post is to possibly find out if the sewage line is even an issue? If it's quite deep which I suspect, then I assume I can plant a majority of fruit trees near it without concern. I know my neighbors had to remove their lemon tree due to roots finding a way into the pipes. And I would like to avoid this also. If it helps, my house is built in the 60s I believe. Or around that time. Thanks to anyone who can contribute. Dimitri. Re: Help me understand this sewage plan 2Apr 06, 2023 8:21 pm That drawing’s in the old units. The sewer tie is 1.44m deep and 4.5m offset from left boundary however the levels were taken ages ago so the surface level will have changed (65.03 SL and 60.30 invert). The easement is 10 foot wide and there’s probably a stormwater drain behind the sewer. Rough guide for trees is roots mirror the extent of the branches (drip line). You want to plant any trees clear of the pipe, also an easement gives access rights to council or the water company so if there was a blockage and they needed to dig then the tree may need to go. I guess you note that with your neighbour’s lemon tree. I’ve heard of root guards where you put a physical barrier in place but have no experience with them the sun master is the solar heating to "warm" the water in the tank the S26 is your hot water system which will heat the water (25 degrees?) so with both turned on you… 2 14078 This is a very tight fit, I'm not sure if you'll be able to achieve what you've described. Would you consider accessing the separate toilet from the laundry? If so maybe… 1 11292 we need accurate dimensions as well as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms needed etc to make specific suggestions but, based on estimated rooms sizes, it could be… 1 579 |
