Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Mar 30, 2023 8:44 pm Evening, Had my 3 month maintance done on my new place. Most things are fixed to ok standards, but im not sure about the visible joins in my plaster wall. There was 2 vertical plaster joints showing, only when standing directly in front of them. Builder has feathered/skimed them out, let dry for a day then sanded and applied 2 coats of paint to whole 11m lenght of wall. The joins are looking worse than before now from far away, up close they disappear. I've put a leverer against the wall and wall is completely flat, no bumps. I've read about glansing light, which I have, only having 1 large triple door at end of the room. Is there any way of fixing this? Before i go buy a large painting to try hide it. It grabs my attention as soon I enter the room now. Wish they left the wall as it was now. Thanks for the advice.
