Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Mar 16, 2023 3:57 pm I have a neighbours private power line running over the rear boundary of my property. I want to build a garage up to the property line because the easement for my driveway is quite narrow and if it is not build to the boundary I will need to set it back quite far just to be able to use it. There isn't an easement for the power line but it has been there several years and is essentially covered by legislation. I have included google maps screen shot with the pole and power line drawn in to explain the properties boundaries and a photo of the line and drive. What options are there to make it possible to build to the boundary line?
