Painters: what would you do?
I’m painting water based over oil based trims, & the first coat of undercoat / primer has failed the scratch test.
I sanded with 120 grit paper before the first coat, but now I’m thinking I didn’t sand sufficiently because several areas fail the scratch test.
Should I remove it & re-sand? And would you remove it with Metho? Or something else?
