I am reviewing my contract with the builder. I would like your thoughts on this:
How does this scenario play out?
- Builder says all work is done.
- Owner inspects, and disagrees. Variety of cosmetic and a few important issues. Owner signs list, Builder signs list.
If the Builder signing the list does not mean they agree something is wrong, and the Owner thinks there is something outstanding, how can clause 37.2 be fulfilled? Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅
