Hi, inspecting a potential house for investment. It’s 3 years old, overall good condition. I noticed on an old rug there was some fraying and what looked like insect eggs. Some around the edges of the very old rug and some underneath. What are these? Is it a concern? The rug is leaving when the owner leaves I just want to be sure it isn’t a sign of anything else that could be hidden away. Termite report from 7 months ago owner supplied via the agent gave it the all clear. Otherwise house is timber laminate.
