Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Feb 18, 2023 11:34 pm Hi all, I just moved into a 1960’s block with brick veneer and was just wondering how worried I should be about the loose brick veneer and lack of mortar at the back of the building - is this normal/left loose for access to the plumbing or is it an issue (structural, rising damp etc). Is this something that would just require repointing? It is it going to be a costly job? Note: where there is a missing brick, it’s just one I pulled out there is no actual brick missing.
