Exterior colour scheme

Hello guys,

I just started my build process.
I am torn between 2 colour schemes. Option 1 involves monument (roof and garage), breaking dawn bricks and bygone render to master bedroom (render is to meet with estate covenant requirement)

And option 2 is a screenshot from a website so not such of the actual render colour

I will definitely be using breaking dawn but not sure of the rest as i love both. By the way, interior scheme is grey and black.

Your thoughts?

I think both look great. Not sure how much of the second picture is your option 2. Can your clarify?
Have you used the colorbond visualiser? It's good - a few types of houses to choose from and lots of options for colours and parts of the house. The second pic is more dramatic, but the darker roof will have implications for heat absorption. If you love both, it means you can't go wrong with whichever one you pick!
