Hello everyone,
Thank you for taking the time to read and respond to my post.
We have found a beautiful, large block in a great location and am in the final stages of purchasing subject to soil report.
We have just received our soil report and it is an E with movement of 85-95mm and P due to trees.
Obviously to build will now incur additional costs with engineering but I am curious as to how this soil will also respond to built paths, a pool, a shed ect (which obviously would not be engineered).
Is it a safe investment if done properly or from any experiences is it just better cancel our contract and keep looking for the perfect block?
Would love any insight or experiences anyone is happy to share.
We have a couple of days to make our decision.
Thanks so much.
