it will depend on the weight of the bag and the style of the mounting bracket. you'd need to ensure that the weight of the bag, with a kid (or an adult) that decided to hug the bag and hang on it is evenly distributed along the wall, and isn't just going to pull the screws out of the brick. i'd use dynabolts for whatever it is that's going to end up being mounted to the wall itself.
