The timbers on our carport and side gables (I think that's what they are called) are rotting and I'm not sure how this can be rectified. It is mainly just the ends of them - doesn't seem to be the whole way through.
I am wondering if there is any way it can be fixed by just replacing part of the timber, or whether the whole lot has to be replaced. I know it's not termites becasue we just had a pest inspection and got the all clear.
Just after any advise as I will need to start getting some quotes if it urgent to have it fixed.
