For a small section the landscaper for the second stupidly used a Water based product on top of the PU membrane. This section has never quite dried and is almost like an oily/tacky/tar sitting on surface of membrane. Is there a simple way/chemical to almost dissolve the WB product? I dont know which product it is but could find out. Given its a small section externally with one thick coat already on of PU plus plenty of drainage should I even bother? Also one more Q.... Is there something I can use to remove dried WB bitumen product off render? careless trades needing to be supervised like small children unfortunately, Thanks in advance Hi All, I engaged a tradie to install concrete retaining wall 600-800mm high over 32 meters in Victoria.
