Hi,
We are building a new house which is getting near to completion. The infill on our block is above the fence plinths on one side of the block by about 200-250mm (It's not level, but will be levelled out).
I think i already know the answer to this, just don't want to accept ill save to spend more money, but I expect I will need to have the fence pulled out and put in higher plinths?
Along that fence a slimline water tank and stormwater outlet will need to be run out to the street down the right side of the picture. We intend on having a paved or possibly concrete path between the fence and house on the right hand side.

I guess you could put a small retaing wall on your side of the fence say one sleeper high, or use retaing wall blocks.
