Hi Guys, can I request certifies certificate for each stage before I pay for each claim?

Not unless you have managed to put it as a special condition into the contract somehow.

Our build has not started yet, but will definitely question them when time comes. As long as we are able to live in the house post handover then apply for the OC. Thank you
