Re: Second storey windows 3Aug 30, 2022 8:08 am Depends on where you are and the approval process, but in NSW at least, whether you are going for CDC or DA, if the windows in the bedrooms are above 1.5m from floor, they should be OK. Having narrow windows at the top is probably more for your privacy than for your neighbours.
