DA approval from George’s River council came in Nov 21. Council says subdivision will be approved after construction. Builder say since subdivision is not approved they will proceed as strata title (which will cost us 30k extra). Also they will not get water, electricity, sewer separately for the second property & build the 2nd one like granny flat. Never thought the builder will create so much trouble.
