Followed by the bad news, " you better come onsite you have an issue?" As for demolishing your house before you have nailed down all the data, costs ,certifications, etc, etc, that unfortunately leaves you in a vulnerable and precarious position, if things can't be worked out (at worse while you are living in a tent camping onsite ..humour) I know.. right? It has been a horrible time even before the final contract signed. We have to check in details of all variations quotes ( they double charge some items).
