Looking for recommendations on Private Certifiers who able to and have experience in certifying bushfire impacted builds.

The builder then needs to spec the dwelling to the required BAL. The certifier will simply check the BPAD No. against the register and stamp the report. Regards, Loch Hi Loch Hope you are well. As far as I am aware you just need a regular certifier. That has been our experience. Your builder will collect all of the certificates from the bushfire affected trades ( such as shutters and glass) and then the builder provides a seperate one certifying that all of the BAL requirements have been met. All of the certificates then go off to the certifier at the end for OC.
