Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Sep 21, 2021 4:33 pm Hi, I'm looking to hear some experiences of people who have raised an old home and built under. I've looked at some builder's websites but I'd love to hear actual peoples experiences. Particularly interested to hear about build cost and build time. I would be adding 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area down stairs. Also renovating the original kitchen and bathroom in the original house upstairs and adding a deck off the back. Slight floor plan changes also likely. I know each renovation varies, but I'd like to know a ballpark figure of what people have spent for a similar renovation. I'm located in Brisbane. Also interested to hear if anyone has a builder recommendation. Thanks. Re: Raising house and building under 2Mar 17, 2022 2:44 pm Forget the builders websites....
