Price hikes are common even monthly at the moment. My builder had 40% supplier increase in lvls in 3 months, with a jump every month. Communication is the key so keep a close relationship with your builder and try to be understanding and accommodating. If you start annoying them too much they will communicate less and become evasive… it’s human nature. Don’t be soft though, if it is important to you stand firm. Thanks Pulse.
