Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Oct 19, 2008 10:54 pm My new builder uses Haymes paint. The general consensus is that it is quite good quality. I've never used it.
Has anyone actually used it in their home? How did you find it? What exactly makes it so good? Just looking for opinions good and bad... Jo I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself. Terrence Malick Re: Haymes paint.... 3Oct 20, 2008 9:24 pm What Acrylic more like Gloss???
Acrylic is water based paint it come in flat, low sheen, semi gloss, gloss Enamel is oil based paint and comes in semi-gloss and high Gloss. So I think you got confused mate to what you actually brought as Gloss can be a Acrylic paint or a Enamel paint. So you may have brough Acrylic gloss paint and got what you brought. Go to an actual paint store, not bunnings. Dulux even have trade centers. Don't have to be a trade to but their paint. 1 14070 Thankyou so much 😀 I've decided on White on white for doors and trims, White on white 50% on ceiling and Mt buller for walls. Fingers crossed it will look OK 😀 2 3622 Thank you. That is really helpful.
