Width (m) 10.84 Length (m) 14.82?? Site status - platform slope is: Slope: 2 Degrees?? Fall direction: NW The??charge of $3000 in the contract price for Spoil Removal and then have been asked to pay a further $2000 as $3000 did not cover it, There is substantial amount of soil that has been cut and used as fill. Then their is?? this charge -??Provide a dropped edge beam of up to max 8 x brick courses to reduce and contain fill $3,630 through the front & RHS elevations in accordance with Authority requirements & to suit site??conditions in lieu of standard 2 course brick rebate. *Note: -??Includes spoil removal??due to excavating the dropped edge beams only Any info would be appreciated. Thankyou Re: Site Costs for Spoil Removal 2Jan 04, 2022 9:51 pm It is not really possible to tell how much has been removed, what I would say is that those amounts are pretty reasonable charges. I would accept them unless you have reason to believe they are dishonest. Getting out of the ground chews up lots of money with not much to show. $3000 only really covers a large excavator and tipper for a day or two with a few loads a day depending on spoil dump site. Ok Thankyou for your reply. It is worded that the $3000 and the $2000 and part of the amount charged, are for Spoil Removal and doesn't mention excavation costs. A lot of soil has been used as fill from the back corner to the front. Anyway I am finding discrepancies and that there is definitely not a lot of transparency in any part of this experience, which is why I need to question things Not that they have started to build just started the cut and fill 3 weeks ago. PM me your email. I have a build excavation calculator you can use based on your plans to double check what your builder is telling you. Cheers Simeon 1 10244 I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 13100 Is anyone building with Mojo and have a recent site cost tender 0 15952 |
