I would accept them unless you have reason to believe they are dishonest. Getting out of the ground chews up lots of money with not much to show. $3000 only really covers a large excavator and tipper for a day or two with a few loads a day depending on spoil dump site. Ok Thankyou for your reply. It is worded that the $3000 and the $2000 and part of the amount charged, are for Spoil Removal and doesn't mention excavation costs. A lot of soil has been used as fill from the back corner to the front. Anyway I am finding discrepancies and that there is definitely not a lot of transparency in any part of this experience, which is why I need to question things Not that they have started to build just started the cut and fill 3 weeks ago. PM me your email. I have a build excavation calculator you can use based on your plans to double check what your builder is telling you. Cheers Simeon 1 10236 I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 13091 Is anyone building with Mojo and have a recent site cost tender 0 15951 |
