Bricks are Shale from Brikmakers w/ white mortar - during the build all but two downpipes were built in, the other two external were forgotten about until near the end of the build (bricks complete over summer, keys in May) See photos of what’s happened below. It’s spreading and the builder is really unsure what to do to fix it. I’ve paid extra for this brick and mortar combo so I’m not letting it slide. Anyone have any clue firstly what’s caused it and second how to fix it?
