I got an inspector to carry out the work and obtained the report. Currently, there is 2 major defects - overhanging bricks & sagging ceiling. By the way, it is 20years house. My main concern is the overhanging bricks, which the building inspector ask me to seek advise from structural engineer. Before I do that, just wondering if anyone could find me some advise on this one. Thank you in advance. That doesn't look like it's overhanging that much from that angle. Is that the only spot or picture? If so I'd probably be more concerned with the sagging cieling.
