Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Dec 06, 2021 11:47 pm Hi I am in the process of building a 3 bedroom house. The roof is corrugated iron. The roof maintenance contractor installed the insulation then the corrugated iron but never closed the roof. He said he will come next day. It rained for next 4 day and i could see the water flowing through the insulation and most of the area were wet. When i spoke to the builder and the contractor they told me its a common thing and it will dry out once capping is done. According to the manufacturer once insulation is wet it needs to dry out before installation. Now the builder is cutting corners saying its a common thing. He is also saying insulation is now dry so should ne be a problem. Just wondering what to do. Any help please. All sorted guys. Just needed to buy a blade with the correct bush. Dunno how to delete this post, can't find any help file. Cheers. 1 2811 I am saying that double brick has similar thermal performance due to thermal mass effect.
