We've had numerous days of rain in Sydney over the last couple weeks, however it's been relatively dry today. The question I have is with regards to the garage side wall. It was obviously wet during the down pour, however it's dried up now But for some reason I've got a large water stain on the brickwork (see pik). No fisable water leaks on the insed of the garage and under the sheeting. Scratching my head as to what it could be. The side capping does have a slight bend to the middle of it (see pik) Any ideas or help would be great Cheers Maz Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ 😅😅 Cheers mate Tbf I was hoping it was going to be a box gutter option (aesthetically more appealing I guess) but maybe it's a silver lining to have it this way as iver heard box gutters can be susceptible to leaks If you make sure all taps inside and out are turned off, what does the water meter show if you leave it for a while. 2 20229 Hi all, I am hoping someone has some ideas as to what is causing my bathroom leak.
