Home constructed of Harie board with EPS sandwich panels in

I am thinking of purchasing a property which is 13 years old and it contains EPS throughout the entire home across both storeys. Is there an issue? I hear EPS is not a safe cladding material?

Oh no! I would use a can of expandable foam ( there are some that will take render) then cut it back and render over the top
