When Ens is at a corner, you could have windows on both east and south sides. One window for toilet room wc, and one window in between of two basins. No one likes a dark bathroom. After swapping, you could still keep an east window for WIR which is not a must-have. 2. WIR of Bed 2 is too large in my opinion. Maybe push back the wall and have another Nook like other rooms? It’s money we’ll spent, you wouldn’t ask a stranger if the car you were buying from gumtree was roadworthy. Why risk it with your house. Please seek professional advice. It’s the only option.
