Company informs me they have NO TIMBER and limited brick tradies . . .we waited months between clear title and footings and now its been 2 months since footings with no work whatsoever. It has taken a year since the old house was demolished and we only have footings. Please I'd love to hear from anyone currently building with Statesman so I can confirm what they're telling me is the truth. I'm dubious as I see heaps of building sites who had footings pored after ours and yet they have timber.
