Hi all,
Moved into my new build over weekend and found out the hare way that my bath was not connected. House flooded.
House has been dried out now and waiting on assessment of damages.
Ive taken a photo inside the hole in wall and seen there was a cut out thru plaster and waterproofing from the bathroom side and tile has just been placed over the top of the hole.
Is this normal, builder is saying every house is like this??
How can my bathroom be waterproofed once a hole has been cut thru it?
I'm documenting everything as i can see this going further.
Many thanks for the help.
