Hi,
We recently bought a house and before doing so had a building inspection undertaken.
The inspector identified that an upstairs cupboard, which the flue from the downstairs fireplace runs through, contains asbestos in the walls (see images).
The cupboard is not used for storing anything and is never opened.
His recommendation was that as a safety precaution the wall sheets should be painted.
Is there any particular paint/sealant that should be used for this, and anything else I should be aware of?
Thanks
