I'm thinking about converting the back of the house into a granny flat of sorts.
There's currently a bathroom there, and on the other side of the wall to where the sink and shower is, is a spare bedroom that I want to convert into the kitchen.
So my question is, does anyone have a ball park price range on how much it would cost to extend the pipes from the bathroom to the new kitchen for a sink and maybe a washing.
Ideally, I would put in location B, but I'm not sure if that's doable, so will settle for location A
