Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Oct 11, 2021 10:31 am Has anyone had Godfrey Hirst carpet or Feltex (as I've been informed they're just the same company), and had issues with their newly laid carpet? Basically we had carpet laid 4 months ago, and it's already starting to show signs of wearing and matting. It looks like it's at least a few years old. We specifically asked Harvey Norman flooring (don't get me started), for a plush floor that would not show wearing and matting as this was the reason we were not putting it on our stair case or hallways, and this is our forever home so we were expecting it to look decent for longer than 6 months. Not sure why they recommended this carpet to us as the quality just doesn't seem to be there. Just wanting to see if anyone else had similar issues?
