Display homes with office setup in the garage

My question is what happens when they sell the display homes? Do they rip out the carpet, build a wall and put a roller door in?

I've often wondered this myself.
Pretty sure it gets reverted back to a garage, but if you're investing in a display home (ie baying to build one and then lease back to the builder for good returns for say 3-5 years, I would hope you get the option to negotiate which way its comes back you.
Yes they do. They put it back as garage. I asked.
