Sorry, should have been a little clearer about the config: Downstairs (2.4 meter heights): 3 kids bedrooms, bathroom, Master bedroom / Ensuite / WIR, Laundry, walk in pantry, study. Downstairs (3.0 meter height): Dining, Living, Kitchen, Second Living Downstairs (3.3 meter height): Entrance Upstairs: (2.4 meter height): Studio / office, Guest Room & Ensuite. Sounds like 2.4 might not be too unusual in this situation given the main living areas have good height ? Guess main worry was ceiling fans etc. But also if down the track we had to sell and people for some reason felt like the 2.4 in the bedrooms were too small. Good point on them feeling cosy and better to heat and cool. I think I'm generally ok with the size as long as I won't find I'll come to regret it down the track for some reason. Though am maybe considering raising still on the upper floor for the studio / office. Building Standards; Getting It Right!
