Check your demolition contract carefully for any loopholes that allow the demolition company to somehow 'find' 'hidden asbestos' on site mid demolition, send you a few mocked up photos, and then charge you extra 'manual labour' costs, say $5k to 'emu pick' and bag it for disposal. This is a common KDR demo confidence sting. A fixed price contract is safest.

There are plenty of Demo companies out there. Maybe the one you are talking to aren't the right one for you. I'd be getting a few quotes anyways before pulling the trigger.
