The builder advised that with 63amp 3 phase, it should cover everything. That's good to know and hopefully he has taken into consideration the load you currently have or planning to have in the future. With Reverse cycle, induction , spa & swimming pool its getting very tight. I have similar loads (52Sq house) except for spa, swimming pool and my calculations are getting very close to 63A and I have requested for 80A as once the 63A wiring is done it would be very expensive to size up the cable and the switchboard. Best of luck. Some of your loads are three phase like Reverse cycle AC, Pool pump etc. The load has to be distributed across the phases. Also I am not sure if you are very keen to futureproof the option of EV car which again may be a three phase load and increase your load. Here is a link for the calculator which you can use - https://www.jcalc.net/maximum-demand-calculator-as3000 I hope this helps ! Citipower had already installed the pit (63amps three phase) so now I can only hope that it will cover everything I had just signed the quote, haven't paid the invoice yet and they had already finished the job.
