In return the company build two houses, one for owner of the land and one for resale the company profits from. Has anyone heard of this process before? If so what is it called? Your zoning has potential to increase ( Perth R60-R80 Optimised development, min 3 storey, high density, within the golden triangle, etc,etc) B. You are in a sort after area.. land valve >$3K/m2 C. Block is a third of an acre (1386m2) D.
