Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Aug 29, 2021 4:55 pm Hi there, My first home build is almost completed. All internal work is done. Pending external work: - Front rendered wall paint - Small feature - Facade Timber None of the above affects the internal things. Canberra is in lockdown and all construction work has stopped. And my expenses has increased because of paying rent and loan repayments for new build. Is there a way to get approval and move in? and external work can be completed later by builder.
