My Pre-handover inspection was set for the 3rd August. But I haven't been able to get to the property due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. Now I have been issues with my Occupancy Permit but I still haven't been onsite to conduct a pre-handover inspections. Question is. Am I allowed to travel to site to inspect the property as it is not the final settlement handover meeting. If not does anyone recommend a company that can do a pre-handover inspection.
