My 70's brick house was renovated 8 years ago. We had a painted come in and paint the whole house. Fast forward to today and we are beginning to see paint peel and flake away on parts of the ceiling. The coat below has a gloss feel and it just looks like the paint hasn't adhered to it. It is unlikely to be water or condensation issues.
Now I'm looking to get it fixed. What would the best way of doing this be?
