Is this normal that builder does not pay this and expect us to pay instead? Certainty: Fixed Site Costs Council and OH&S includes:- $3,190 Sediment control, if required. Full or partial temporary fencing, if required. Crossing permit fee, if required. Mud on roads prevention, if required. Timber crossover, if required. Asset protection fee, if required. Termite treatment Part B, if required. Drainers Occupational Health and Safety, if required. What's your guidance on this please? We went through the process of combing through a number of builders and have identified this builder that we are inclined to move forward with. It's just a pair of eyes and expertise that you (and all in the group) would have to see if the rates they have provided even make sense. This is one area where I am not sure how to react when I read it.
