Building a house with ABN Group. Used Austral Praline and white mortar for bricks (so both upgrades). The brikies have done a good good job with bricklaying everywhere except the facacde (perhaps he assumes that would be rendered?). Rendering is not an option as I didn't spend $3000 in upgrde for it to not be visible. The mortar is uneven, and looks like an amateur's job. Not sure what's the right way to deal with it.
Some suggestions will be very helpful

You can also use the Guide to Standard and Tolerances to support your conversations (preferably email) with the builder. Not sure what State you are in but other States may have something similar.
