Building with boutique homes

Hi, we are just about to sign up to build with boutique homes the riviera 32 and I have a few questions if anyone has built with them before?
What was the cost to raise the ceiling height? And were you able to source your own items and then they be installed eg gold tapeware? Etc? And was there a cost to do this if so? Any more info on building with boutique would be fantastic!

Hi did you go ahead with Boutique?? If yes how was you experience, and how is there quality of products?
