Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jun 27, 2021 10:53 am hi all. wish all is well in this lockdown. I building with Clarendon homes at the initial stage. ground floor ceiling height is 2750mm with internal door at 2340mm. i have requested to increase first floor height at 2600mm , with standard internal door height at 2040mm. i am wondering if this would make it look out of place given first floor height increased from 2450mm to 2600mm. does anyone have a picture showing 2600mm ceiling with internal door height at 2040mm.? thank you Re: ceiling height and door height selection 2Jun 27, 2021 9:44 pm Many display homes I looked at had 2700mm ceilings with 2040mm internal doors. The space above the doors didn’t seem disproportionately high. I would use 2340mm doors if the ceilings were higher though.
