Confused if I should go for 1. Hybrid flooring or 2. 600 x 600 Tiles. Tiles can become cold in winter ( i live in qld). Hybrid may not be that cold ( my assumption) Hybrid they says its water proof and you can mope it. Tiles I know you can. It terms of longevity -- I think Tiles will beat Hybrid flooring. Am i correct. What I need in a flooring is low maintenance and longevity. Please suggest.
