Browse Forums General Discussion Re: Cadastral Survey 3Apr 28, 2021 10:10 pm I apologise for the late response. There is a lot going on for me at the moment. But in saying that my question about anyone having got a RE / Cadastral Survey done recently is very important to me at this moment. I live in a developed part of Ballarat close to the centre. Mount Pleasant. The land is around 750-770 square meters and there is a small cottage built around 1895 on it. I am about to renovate shortly and needed to sure up the boundaries of the place due to the fact some parts of the borders have been neglected - given it is close to the main city area of Ballarat it is very easy to get to and easy to walk around and do what is necessary to establish the boundaries. As I don't have anyone to guide me I wondered if anyone else had recently arranged for the same type of Survey. I realise there would be differences in prices for different areas and as well as depending on the amount of work involved to get it right. But I was thinking that if there was anyone out there who had got one done recently I would have some idea of what I should expect. Any pointers or feedback from having had a survey done would be very appreciated. Thanks A survey must’ve completed by a certified surveyor.
