- I have three neighbours uphill of me sharing a pipe and sending all their stormwater into my backyard.
- Council has given them notices to fix however have told me they will not make any changes (rather pay the council fee) as the cost to send water uphill is too expensive
- I have engaged a solicitor who has said that VCAT is my only option
- As part of my claim I need to reference the building reg that requires them to discharge to a legal point of discharge (LPOD)
So far, I have found the following document that refers to "Regulation 133(2) of Building Regulations 2018 (Regulations)". Is this correct?
Apart from the Water Act (which my solicitor has given me a lot of points to present on) are their any other regulations / laws I can add to my VCAT submission?
Thanks,
