Connecting spoon drains to silt pits

Hi brains trust. So I'm building a place and I will be doing the usual perimeter around the house in concrete.

At the moment, the builder will be putting silt pits in along the perimeter in a couple places. Right where it be putting the path (obviously be cause that's where the storm water pipes are.

How do I go about connecting spoon drains at the edge of the path to the silt pits? Can I ofsett the silt pits from the storm water system (ie close to the fence or where the path is to be?). Or do I keep the silt pits where they are?
